The OAH-82A Black Mamba is direct replacement for the AH-1Z Viper, AH-64D Longbow Apache, and OH-58D Kiowa Warrior helicopters. It combines the latest in advanced rotary winged technology such as a rigid rotor head, carbon-composite rotor blades, coaxial rotors, and compound helicopter technology. It also incorporates the latest technology from the F-22 Raptor and F-35 Lightning II 5th generation fighters in addition to durable construction to allow it to be more survivable than current observation and attack helicopters.
